Named after my home mountain range in Ireland, Mt. Leinster represents groundedness, belonging, and the power of walking a different path.

The Mental Health Support sessions incorporate my training across all modalities, while focusing primarily on Applied Metapsychology and Polyvagal Theory. This session utilizes the application of structured techniques designed to bring a more rapid & complete resolution to the traumatic stress resulting from various traumatic events.

Community & Workplace Traumatology is understanding and addressing the impact of traumatic experiences within a community or workplace setting, focusing on providing support and care to individuals, families, and organizations affected by trauma, through non-clinical interventions and a trauma-integrated approach; essentially, it's the application of trauma knowledge to help people coping with traumatic events within their community or work environment.
First responders, Human Resource Personnel, Educators, and individuals experiencing ongoing trauma benefit from one-on-one Community & Workplace Traumatology sessions.
Pricing is tailored based on specific needs and requirements. We begin with a complimentary, introductory, and scoping meeting to assess individual community or organizational needs and determine the cost of services accordingly.
